Introducing MiA Gives — The Gift of Art for Anna Children This Christmas

This Christmas, we are placing a premium art set in the hands of 100 vulnerable children in our community — children who are desperate for resources, and whose God-given talent is waiting to be discovered.

What Is MiA?

MiA — Made in Anna — is Anna Arts Council's subscription art set program. Every box is curated by local Anna artists and filled with premium materials from brands like Arteza, Blick, Liquitex, Prismacolor, Plaid, and Marie's. Each set contains four complete projects — Draw, Paint, Journal, and Craft — with project cards, all materials, and access to online learning. Box holders also join an exclusive private community group to share their creativity and connect one-on-one with local Anna artists.

The Angel Tree Edition

This Christmas, MiA Gives is our Angel Tree Edition — a community effort to reach 100 children by Thanksgiving. We offer two sets:

• MiAKids — Ages 4–12 — $35

• MiATeens — Ages 13–18 — $55

Sets are distributed December 1. Our goal: 100 sets by Thanksgiving. Every purchase matters. Every box changes a life.

Give as a Business

Businesses can sponsor multiple sets and include a personalized Holiday Card from their company inside every box they fund. Visit our MiA page to submit your corporate giving request. Your Holiday Card message will be placed in the hands of every child who receives your gift.

As the founder of Anna Arts Council and The WarPaint Project — where 413 original paintings have been donated to women and children facing cancer — I know the healing power of art. It is not a luxury. It is a lifeline. Premium materials feel different, last longer, and work better. We spare no expense because every artist in Anna deserves materials they are proud of. When a child picks up a real Prismacolor pencil or Arteza watercolor for the first time, something shifts. That shift is permanent. That is the gift we are giving this Christmas.
